TV-Server Version: 1.1.0.0 SVN 1.0.3.23407 (Latest)
MediaPortal Version: 1.1.0.0 SVN
Windows Version: Vista Ultimate x86
Video Card: ATI Radeon HD3650 512MB
Video Card Driver: 9.8
1. TV Card: TerraTec Cinergy S2 PCI HD
1. TV Card Type: DVB-S2
1. TV Card Driver: 1.1.1.301
Satelite/CableTV Provider: Thor 3/5 0,8°W & Sirius 4 4,8°E

I've got to receiver heads on my satellite dish, one for Canal Digital (0,8°W) and one for Viasat (4,8°E), and they are both connected into a standard DiSEqC switch. Now, in the TV Server configuration, i've got the following options:

DiSEqC: None / SimpleA / SimpleB / Level1AA / Level1AB / Level1BA / Level1BB
Band: Ku-Linear (This one is correct, so i don't bother mention the alternative(s))
Satellitte: I've already mentioned those :)

So, I select SAT#1 as "SimpleA" DiSEqC at "4,8°E Thor 2 Sirius 4", and i have no answer or reason for why i select SimpleA in the first dropdown boxs, other than that "None" is obviously wrong. Can anyone explain those options for me?

I had it working earlier with both SimpleA, and also with one SimpleA and the other one SimpleB, but atm, Viasat channels won't be scanned. Does the order of the satellites matter? Should i go from East to west in my order?

Well, in case anyone else is interested, i figured it out finally =)

On my DiSEqC switch, there's to inputs and one output. Inputs are marked with 1 and 2, the receiver head connected to input 1 should be SimpleA, and the other one connected to input 2 should be SimpleB. So in my case it looks like this:

SAT#1 - SimpleA - Ku-Linear (Universal) - 0,8°W Thor 3,5 Intelsat 10-02
SAT#1 - SimpleB - Ku-Linear (Universal) - 4,8°E Thor 2 Sirius 4

It might be the other way around, depending on which input the receiver heads are connected. Works like a charm for me :D
