Jim, the Zap2it link doesn't give enough info create an XML file for your area. If I were you I'd take the QAM standard file and convert it to a DVB-C file... so that's what I've done for you. Please download and save the attached file into c:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal TV Server\TuningParameters\dvbc\. Note that really is ProgramData not Program Files. ProgramData is a hidden folder, so you'll need to either copy and paste (or type) that path into the address bar in Windows Explorer or enable viewing of hidden and system files and folders (Windows Explorer setting) in order to get there. After you do that, you should be able to start TV Server configuration, select "5 DVB-C EyeTV Hybrid ClearQam Tuner, select "USA" as country and "QAM Standard" as region/provider then hit scan. The scan may take up to 30 minutes, which might make you think it isn't working and stop it early... especially if channels are not being found. However, please be patient and let the scan run to completion. Hopefully by doing that your channels will be picked up and you'll be able to watch TV etc. etc. etc. Don't hesitate to ask if you have any further questions. :)
