How to upgrade from SVN build? (1 Viewer)

Upgrade is disabled for SVN builds. Can somebody tell me how install checks if it's SVN build or not so I can fool it to think it's 1.0.0?
I have a choice of clean install or fooling installer and would like to go through fooling installer first and then as last resort to use clean install.

I let the installer remove my SVN build (last one before 1.0.1) and copied the required settings files from my the latest SVN build (installers makes a backup) over the new one. Working flawless here

I did the same for my TV server installation if thats what you mean.
