Be patient.

Don't enable grabbing for all channels.
Enable grabbing for one channel on your provider's "home"/"main" frequency. That means you should only have a total of one channel ticked in TV Server Config -> DVB EPG section -> TV EPG grabber sub-section AND/OR TV Server Config -> DVB EPG section -> radio EPG grabber sub-section.

Untick "grab EPG only for channels on same transponder" in TV Server Config -> DVB EPG section.
Untick "store data only for selected channels" in TV Server Config -> DVB EPG section -> TV EPG grabber AND radio EPG grabber sub-section.

If you still have no EPG data after 24 hours, attach full log files. Copying part of the log file into your reply is no good. I can't help you if you do that.
