How the topic says, my system is hanging up sporadically. Sometimes the screen is freezing and the htpc is rebooting and sometimes the screen is only freezing and I have to shutdown the pc by pressing the power button a few seconds. Sometimes the freezing picture has pixel failures too. This behaviour can happen always, it doesn't matter if I'm using MediaPortal or the desktop and it doesn't matter if the system is hot or cold. I testet the ram several hours with Memtest86+ and the result was no failure. The test with ssdlife resultet that the SSD is ok. I wanted to test my gpu with furmark but I really don't know what to do. I did also a fresh install of Windows with updates and updated the drivers and bios. Almost two years the htpc worked well and I didn't change any hardware. My htpc has a passive cooling and I bought also a new laptop power supply. In the event viewer I have seen some red marked entrys and some yellow but I couldn't find a solution for my problem. The event viewer logs are attached. A dump file doesn't exist. I hope someone can help me, the whole family is getting crazy because of the problem. My system specs: Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit Motherboard: Asus P8H77-M pro CPU: Intel i3-3220t GPU: integrated Intel HD 2500 RAM: 8GB Kingston ValueRAM DDR3-1600 CL11 SSD: Crucial M4 256GB (system) Data drive: WD10JUCT 1TB 2,5" TV-Card: DD Cine S2 + DD Cine CT + DD CI-Modul PSU: picoPSU 120-WI-25V 120W + Lenovo 19V 6.3A 120W laptop power supply BluRay drive: Sony OptiArc BD-5640H slim drive SATA Keyboard: Keysonic KSK-3201 RF Cooling: passive Case: Streacom ST-FC9B AVR: Pioneer VSX-521 TV: Sony KDL-46NX710
