HVR-4000 problem with analog TV (1 Viewer)

I have a problem with analog TV on my HVR-4000. When I watch analog channels on mediaportal directly or via TV-server I`ve got strange behavior of Tv picture. When I start media portal and go to TV, channel which I watch first play nice. But when I switch to next channel, picture shutter. If I switch off tv and then switch on, picture nice. When I switch other channel - problem is. I try this on 2 computers. Same problem. Using several codecs not solving this bug.
Can I cure this?

Which driver version is being used for the NVIDIA 8600GT? If a 17x.xx version is used, perhaps you should have a look here.

No, I use drivers 169. Any other opinions? Original application WinTv works fine.

As I remember the WinTV app uses Overlay Rendering for the TV output, not VRM9. Perhaps this is another point to check.

Now ok with tv picture - but I has other problem. When I switch channel, audio shifts on 4-5sec from video. I try different codecs and overlays - but no success.

How to switch off timeshifting????

When i switch channel I see 5-7 sec of previous channel and then sound shift video for 5-7 sec

When I record channel from TV-server Manual section I have 3-4 sec shifting too (in recorded material). But in WINTV all ok. Any comments?????

I have the same problem: HVR-4000, Mediaportal "tried all versions", Codecs yes tried them all (MVP, ffdshow etc). Digital broadcasting via my Terratec Cinergy S2 works fantastic but analogue over Hauppauge 4000 is CRAP: sound and picture out of sync and stuttering picture. With original software, PowerCinema, absolutely flawless picture. My God its a husyle to get the HTPC work exactly the way you want. By the way: just ordered a 150 cm satellite dish to tune in Thor 5 on 0,8W. Wish me good luck. I live in Switzerland.
