Synopsis:
Only Mpeg2Dec Filter works correctly for my TV. It is not a problem, nevertheless, I would like to use ffdshow post-processing to crop the analogue garbage on the side of screen. But, when I activate ffdshow post-processing with all setting disable (excepting OSD to validate ffdswho is on) my TV piture is crop of approximatly 200 pixels on rigth (and centered). Obviously, cropping is disabled! I tried with and without exclusive DirectX mode.

Please help me to find a solution.

Moreover, with my HVR1300 color line on rigth are really awfull!
Thank you very much for your help.

I have had the same issue with MP and ffdshow myself, the solution is simple: get a newer ffdshow version, the issue is solved with 20050303 which you can find here: http://cutka.szm.sk/files/ffdshow-20050303-sse.exe

20050303 seems to be the last version that will work out-of-the-box with MP, but you can also use newer versions if you proceed as described in this thread.

I have also found that for some reason, using Dscaler for MyTV decoder eliminates the need for cropping. You might want to try that as well.

Thanks for answer. Nevertheless, my CPU is not SSE compatible :(
so I tried the other procedure with a newest version 2006-04-20 with the trick proposed in this link:
https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/...show+dvd&sid=83d47c66e5cd5ad07db65c2ee1c28444
Unfortunatly, I don't have "Video configuration" but only "VFW configuration" and "Video Decoder Configuration", so if I tried to create as explained "RAW configuration". But when I launch this new icon, I get the following error message (in French):
"RUNDLL
Erreur dans ffdshow.ax
Entrée manquante : configureRAW"
or in English something like that "RUNDLL / Error in ffdshow.ax / Missing entry: configureRAW"

Thanks for help but could you suggest me to use an non-SSE version working correctly without this "hack" and solving my TV cropping problem

Hi Kenman

I think you must exactly write in upper and lowercase "configureRaw".
I had the same error but now it works. I used the latest (?) version
from 8.5.2006. I use the resize function of ffdshow to allways resize the tv signal to 720x576. Then i do the cropping.
