Hopefully someone can help...external channels are giving me fits!! I'm currently using a HVR1600 connected to my Comcast cable box. From what i've read it sounds like every channel I'd like to add will be External. When adding a new channel i'm entering in a name for the channel and then under the external tab: Received by external settop box, the channel #, and the input via field (I'm not 100% sure which input to use but i've tried them all). I then have all of the channels assigned to the TV card. Unfortunately every channel displays "No tuning info available" when trying to access them under MyTV. When changing channels via the channel guide the IR Blaster does change the channel on the cable box. The channel guide info is being provided by Zap2it. I keep thinking that I must be missing a step somewhere but haven't been able to find it yet!:thx: TV-Server Version: MediaPortal Version: RC1 Stable MediaPortal Skin: PM III Windows Version: XP SP2 CPU Type: Athlon 64 4000 HDD: Memory: 1.5g Motherboard: Abit Motherboard Chipset: Nforce Motherboard Bios: Video Card: Video Card Driver: Sound Card: Sound Card AC3: Sound Card Driver: 1.
