I cannot load Configuration.exe (1 Viewer)

I installed Mediaportal 0.2.2 on my ide hd with win2000 and using SBE.DLL, SBEIO.DLL E WMVCORE2.DLL it works fine.

So I installed it on my 200gb sata hard disk with win2000 with all pathes released from microsoft. Framework 1.1sp1, Ie6 sp1, framework .net 2.0 etc.
When I load mediaportal first time it runs configuration.exe correctly.
Once it runned first time, I cannot load configuration.exe anymore.
When i double click on configuration.exe, nothing happens but it load itself in RAM because i can see it with taskmanager.
If i delete Mediaportal.xml it runs newly.

Someone can help me, please ?
