I need help woth xmltv (1 Viewer)

I just got rid of Win MCE in favor of MP. I am excited about using it, and have all but one part configured; the tv guide. I have done searches and maybe I am reading the wrong posts, or whatever, but I cannot get a strait forward instuction on how to do this thing. I think that is has something to do with a zapit! account, and something to do with downloading a sourceforge app, but beyond that I am not getting much instruction, and it has been a while now, it is making me nuts!

Anyhow, are there any good posts that will give me step by step instructions (tutorial would be great) on setting up MP to get my correct stations in St. Louis, so that I can start using the DVR options? Any help would be appreciated!
