IgorPlug2(HID) and IRSS (2 Viewers)

Thanks the author for writing IRSS!
Without having possibility to get MCE Remote, the decision to collect IgorPlug2 - advanced version IgorPlug, but already with support standard HID driver Windows was accepted.
The request to author IRSS to add in the list of receivers IgorPlug2 and to help with a writing of a plug-in for it.

Has tried IgorPlug2 (HID) with plugin Custom HID. Works, but on one pressing button the remote sometimes the code some times repeats.
