IIS 7.5 Installation (1 Viewer)

I have MPExtended 0.4.3 running on a IIS7.5 on WIN2008R2.
Today I did some reconfig on my Exchange-Installation on the same machine and now I always get the following, when acessing my MPExtended-Site:

Beschreibung: Unbehandelte Ausnahme beim Ausführen der aktuellen Webanforderung. Überprüfen Sie die Stapelüberwachung, um weitere Informationen über diesen Fehler anzuzeigen und festzustellen, wo der Fehler im Code verursacht wurde.

Quellfehler:

Beim Ausführen der aktuellen Webanforderung wurde einen unbehandelte Ausnahme generiert. Informationen über den Ursprung und die Position der Ausnahme können mit der Ausnahmestapelüberwachung angezeigt werden.

Looks like it tries to load some .NET 3 assemblies, but I'm not 100% sure... Nothing related to MPExtended though, as it doesn't even get called.

Do you have any idea, what I could do?
I still did't find any solution...
