IMDB Importing (Ratings + IMDB IDs) (1 Viewer)

I put the ttXXXXXXX taken directly from the profile page of the movie from imdb.com into the manual search dialogue in the config screen and it still doesn't find a match..

How do I trouble shoot this? Are logs always been gathered by default?

Thanks! its annoying as theres a couple of movies I just cant get imported because of this.

Open MediaPortal config screen, click on 'general' at the left side and verify at the right side that the "Log Verbosity" setting is set to "Debug".

Then launch MovingPictures config, and repeat the steps to import the movie by using the binocular icon to feed it the "IMDB Id". Assuming it will fail again, close all the config screens and locate the movingpictures.log file in your MediaPortal log folder (there is a link to this in your Start Menu group folder for 'Team MediaPortal') and attach the file to a reply in this thread.

Since this problem is purely MovPic related, it is not needed to supply any other log files.

I prefer to rename the filenames, so that the change is permanent, but your way should work as well.
