Just checked for you . Activating CapsLock on my HTPC remote keyboard yields the behavior that you described: pressing "1" on the remote is interpreted as "Shift-1" and I am getting the curves on the TV screen.Now I don't think that Soundgraph is to be blamed. From the programme logics Windows is indeed receiving a keystroke and won't make a difference if it is coming from device #1 or #2.
