I also could not change the Windows button in either version of Imon, but I didn't need to. I just remapped those controls to other keys. Since I'm using a Harmony and not the original remote, I can label the keys anyway I want.

you can at least get rid of the default mappings for "app switcher" and "multimedian" and some more by removing the files "default.*" in c:\users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\SOUNDGRAPH\iMon\Setup\iMon PAD (that is the default location on vista). actually i did not delete them, i moved them to a backup subfolder i created so they can be easily moved back if problems occur. the only things that you can't remap seem to be the direction pad and the keys for windows, context menu, left and right click.
btw i had problems with version 7.2 of the iMon software after doing that, it always mapped the direction pad to mouse movement, no matter what the software was told to map it to. Installing version 7.4 and removing the default.* files again fixed that.
