iMon RM200 not detected (1 Viewer)

Hi there,
i have a Veris (Soundgraph) UltraBay with RM200 remote running on MP v1.3. With the MiniDisplay plugin
iMon LCD for iMon Manager the Display works well also with the iMon Manager the remote works well under MP.
But a smarter configurartion (ex. for Teletext red, green, yellow, blue button) would be nice. So i installed IRSS last version (1.5.0.62 TestBuild). But the control isn't recogniced by the IRSS Setup tool. And manually checking the iMon USB don't bring the remote to work.

Have i done a mistake in the configuration or anyone knows how to get the RM 200 work with IRSS?

Your ID device is missing in IRSS. (Vid_15c2&Pid_0045)
today i can't added for you, your device id in IRSS ( not at home). normally tomorrow !

But for information, i don't know if IRSS can work with Imon Manager.
I know IRSS kill Imon when start. and solution is to start imon after IRSS.

Hi,

As far as I am aware, as I've been looking at iMon and IRSS, is that IRSS has not been written to yet incorporate the iMon Remote API to allow iMon to run at the same time as IRSS. IRSS can only kill iMon until the API is included in the program. @chemelli might be able to do it but it appears that he is far too busy at the moment and I wouldn't have a clue how to even approach this!

For this, it's to add-on a checkbutton in Imonconfig ( plugin IRSS) to accept or not to kill Imon manager ! i can try, but i don't know programmed.

i tryed to make function for enable or not to irss kill imon ! in configuration -> advanced tab -> uncheck kill imon.
Please make backup file, before replace.
First Test : only replace imon USB.dll in Plugin Folder.

thx for the files.
replaced the three files. imon works now with running ir server. it is detected now automatically.
also the debug client see all key presses. imon manager is not running. i switched of the front view, cause it hangs when
irss is started and imon is killed. this is the problem of the api mode of imon.

i did a short test on MP, but the first thing i see is the cursors are not accepted. maybe a misconfigration. but only less time today for testing.
i will try tomorrow, hope i get a free minute.

Second : for killed ImonManager ( i have integrate an checkbox for disable this, (but i don't know programed, it's a test for me !, please can you be soft with me )

Have you disabled checkbox "kill imon manager" ? is checked by default

you can found this in ""Imon Configuration"" - >

Imon USB Configuration -> Advancedtab -> uncheck "Kill Imon Manager"
