Hy!
Annoyed by the Soundgraph Imon bugs (after resume from hibernation the Imon remote doesn't work anymore,
sometimes the program crash and so the remote doesn't work...) I've tried to use the remote that was together
with my Happauge Nova-T it worked well and I was happy but yesterday at 2:00 am when I put my PC on Hibernation and... the display wasnot cleaned up!!!

I think was the external display plugin to clean the vfd but It was the shitty Imon software in reality!
In fact if I use the original remote to hibernate the vfd is cleaned...

It is not possible to clean the display using external display plugin?
Maybe adding a new line on hibernation event (now is MP to send it!) that write 2 empty lines on the vfd can resolve
the problem...

Noone can Help me
Really?

I've to reuse the ridicolous Imon PAD?

I don't understand why with one remote the display clean up and with another does not is a nonsense!

Mmm I've investigated in this issue and watching at the log I noted a difference

Using Happauge remote to hibernate the system (I've changed the power button from Exit MP to Hibernate Windows)
Mp crash badly before hibernate!!!
See attached file "MediaPortal happauge MP hibernate.log"...

If I use the imon pad indeed when I press the power button I call a hibernate function on the imon software and all
goes well :D
See "MediaPortal imon system hibernate.log"

So I've tried using happauge remote and to hibernate windows using the windows function (not the remote) but manually clicking start... shutdown and hibernate... in this way the remote function lost significance :D
See "MediaPortal happauge system hibernate.log" (that is equal to the imon case I think)

I think this a Mediaportal bug, is this?
