    It's an lcd .
I have the same lcd display in my HTPC case and it works well .

Here's a link with pics of my screen -
    My Silverstone CW02 HTPC build

    Try this -
Make sure iMON FrontView is set to "Always", not "Never" or "automatically" (iMon Manager --> Utilities --> FrontView --> Run FrontView when IMON starts --> Always)

In the minidisplay config , make sure USB is selected as input type .

    Post back with any results

    Hi,
I've just tested it on MP1.3.0 and it works perfectly.

Only thing is that you have to copy again the files after install/upgrade to MP 1.3.0.

    Thanks again to the developer

    Regards

PS: Does somebody know how to include it in the regular MP distribution?

    Hello all,

I have the same problem as AntaresV70 and alv99:
I can not even select the "iMON VFD for iMON Manager >= 8.01.0419" in the dropdown menu. It always jumps back to the previous selection.
I have MePo 1.2.3 on Windows XP. MePo runs on the restricted "Daniel" user, while there is another "Administrator" user. iMon 8.12.1012 is installed. Both users have the same configuration of iMon: "plugin mode" is enabled and Frontview is configured to "automatic" ("always" makes no difference").
I have a rather old VFD that worked "sometimes" with iMon 7.6 and the original "Soundgraph iMon ..." selection in the MiniDisplay plugin.

I set up iMon and I copied the three .dll files to the MePo installation folder, where the original "MiniDisplayLibrary.dll" is located with the "Administrator" user, as the "Daniel" user has no rights to write to C:.
Then "iMON VFD for iMON Manager >= 8.01.0419" and also "...LCD..." appear in the dropdown menu, but they can not be selected, as described.
What did I do wrong? Would any logs help?
Antares and alv, did you solve the problem in the meantime?

    Thanks in advance!

The files has to be copied in "progam files \ team mediaportal \ mediaportal

In this directory you should find the minidisplay.dll

    Thanks that worked.

I have one more problem though

Imon Manager and IR Server don't like each other.

I have a Harmony remote and to being able to use it I have IR Server running.
But that always kills my LCD Display. Does anyone know why?

    Thanks!

See ::here:: for the patches to make IRSS and Imon work together. I'm using them and it works fine!
