Import cant find family guy [NooB] (1 Viewer)

I'm a new user of MP-TV Series and Media Portal, i have downloaded and installed the latest SVNs of MP and TV series plug in. My problem is i cant for the life of me get tv series to find family guy. I know i can do it as when i tried to import American dad it worked first time!

I have gone through each file individually and set them out as follows "Family Guy.S0X.E0X - Title, for example "Family Guy.S01 E01- Death has a shadow"

A little box pops up saying no series found, i have tried searching for Family Guy and all other variations, ive found family guy info on the TVDB though so i know its there!

Any help is appreciated

Disable "automatically chose series when exact match found", that fixed things for me.

Hi, unfortunately that didnt help :-( - I just dont understand why it cant find something as simple as Family Guy

Okay i must be doing something wrong because it cant find south park...

I can't add new series either at the moment (empty search results, even with manual episode importer), existing shows update fine though (somewhat, often fails at downloading new banners due to timeouts), I guess it's an ongoing issue with thetvdb.com

Thetvdb.com can be a bit erratic on a day to day basis, I would leave them and see if they correct themselves over the next 24 hrs, not sure whether this may be a bandwidth problem or not, but it does seem to happen to people, most are fixed in 24 hours

Ive got the same Problem with another Series (Moonlight, MacGyver) i get nothing of Information or Pics...

I guess I have the same problem TheTVDB API not returning series info.

It's been like this for 48 hours for me.

Can't add any new series properly.
