Importer can't get past one particular movie (1 Viewer)

I have not tried to import any movies for a while and never tried with 0.6.5.
I get the exact same log entries as kenp2600.

When I enter configuration of Moving Pictures I get no movies at all in the importer list so even though I know I have 3 movies with nfo and imdb entries.

Just to be sure there is no confusion, my issue is still my original issue where I CAN see them in the importer, they find their online match and show the green light beside them, but they apparently can't retrieve the info or the cover because they never leave the importer.

Oh... OK. Not same issue as me then. I can not see them even in the importer. I have however the same log entries as you have. Strange. I will try later to revert to older version to see if this is a 0.6.5 issue for me.

Believe it or not, last night, all the movies stuck in my importer went in. They've been stuck for many days, and I even let it sit for hours in case something was just taking a long time. For whatever reason, they all finally imported last night.

I wonder if something changed in the online data source that prevented the error that was holding them back before.

Anyway, there might still be a bug, but I no longer have movies stuck.

I seem to be experiencing the same problem. Mov. Pic finds the files, and comes up with possible matches, but get stuck on "retrieving info." This can happen with mkv, avi, iso or video_ts files / folders. The funny thing is that the prog actually managed to retrieve info from other films in these exact formats.
