importer problem with mapped drives (1 Viewer)

The config section of Moving Pictures seems to have developed an issue with mapped drives... If I go to the importer, it shows no outstanding movies, and if I try to add another directory it cannot see any of my mapped network drives. If I go to the movie details, they appear in red as though the file is unavailable (but it is).

Funny thing is, that it only seems to be with the config section, as anything Moving Pictures can identify automatically still seems to import, and all movies play...

Any ideas?

Debug log files please.

Thanks for taking a look.

What logs should I post that are helpful for an issue with the config tool for Moving Pictures? The only way I know of to obtain logs is this this, and that doesn't seem like it would help in this case as:

1) it would disable Moving Pictures?
2) the issue is in the config applet, not from within MediaPortal

I ran up a new PC with Win7 SP1, MP 1.1.2 (yes I got a warning about being unsupported, but as I understand it it's not an issue + the HTPC my initial post was about isn't SP1), and StreamedMP 1.4.6.2356 (which includes Moving Pictures) and then ran the updates through the skin, but found I was again unable to see a mapped drive when trying to add a source to the importer (I could use the UNC path). Not sure what useful logs if any would be on that PC?

Better to be using UNC paths so you dont have to put up with disconnected network drives etc.

anyway, reproduce your problem, close the configuration. then zip and attach the files in here C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\log\
