Impossible to change a size of the subtitles (1 Viewer)

When I launch any DVD a subtitle is too small. When I change a size of the subtitle (even manually in the xml file), nothing changes. I've tried to change video codec, again - no changes.
please, help, thank you

and of course, in the vobsub is not any item "DVD subtitles"

You must have some form of DVD software installed as windows does not play without.
Your main choices are Windvd, Powerdvd, Nero showtime, Roxio Cineplayer and many more lesser known ones.

Go to Start\all programs\vobsub\directvobsub configure and change the font size by clicking on Arial (my font), mine as a default is 16, try changing to 20 and see if that is better.
If not change until your happy with the subtitles

Of course, this didn't help. I have WMPlayer and Nero Show time from the very beginning...DirectVobSub has no effect, also from the very beginning (k-lite mega pack)

You mentioned powerdvd before if you install that, can you see subtitles any better.
Also what screen or tv are you outputting too.
Yep found both Nero showtime and powerdvd cannot change subtitle settings, except on/off and language.
Vobsub is only of use for avi files with subtitles.
Must admit only ever watched 'Kung Fu Hustle' with subtitles.

yes, Ive just found this out....So, I think, would be good if the MP had his own subtitle management - not only for to join the external subtitles. The possbility of enlargement of the pictures with subtitles in DVD would by really appreciated too. Now this is the only I miss in the MP

I think this would require a direct show filter between DVD navigator & mpeg2 decoder that would scale the dvd subtitle stream. Not a small coding task...
