    Hi, i have take the structure of post from Scythe42 (Thx)

    Hardware/Software:

    * OS: Win7 x32
    * CPU: Intel Core 7 @ 2.67GHz, Noctua cooling
    * GPU: ATI 5770 MSI /w driver 10.2 Beta
    * Memory: 6GB
    * MPC Splitter
    * MP: latest public SVN, process priority set to high, using refresh rate changer for 1:1 fps/Hz (except for 25p that uses 50Hz)
    * Plugins: only Moving Pictures and TV Series
    * Skin: StreamedMP /w weather and RSS disabled
    * Codecs: CoreAVC for h264, ffdshow Filter Video, Cyberlink Decoder for MPEG2, audio uses ffdshow (DTS, DD passthru)
    * TV: not using MP for watching TV
    * Connection: HDMI to AVR 355 (Harman) and AVR to Sanyo Z3000.

    I consider my system a lower mid-range system because I used an ITX board with everything onboard and have no free slots for a faster GPU. I really like to have one of the new ATIs with HD audio passthru so I don't have to use multi channel FLACs for remuxed BRs.

    Test result: DLL N°2 is the best for me.

    Cheers,
    Seb.

    Witch one (if any) of these files made it to RC1?

    Have a problem that after a couple of minutes SD Live TV starts stuttering - have to pause TV and start it again to make the stutter go away, does not happen on HDTV channels..

    This is using the SAF codec pack (powerdvd for TV).

    AFAIK it was No2.
    I have similar problems with stutter however for me it only appears once about every 15 minutes and then disappears after 2 or 3 seconds.
    It is not cuased by dropped frames, and log does not show anything.
    It only happens on SD not HD.
    Do you see it on HD progressive and interlaced?
    I only have HD720p so it may be a problem of interlaced or SD.
    BTW: SVN 24669 does not show this problem.

    Re: AW: Improving EVR renderer playback quality

    CPU AMD64 AthlonX2 2400BE
    GPU HD4670 1gb DDR3
    GPU DRIVER 10.2
    OS Win 7 32bit HP
    Codecs:Cyberlink video decoder9

    tested on MP RC1

    dshowhelperv1:
    SD LiveTV PAL @50hz: dropped frames and often stuttering
    HD LiveTV 1080i PAL @ 50hz:eek:ften dropped frames and often Stuttering
    MKV 720p @ 24HZ: few dropped frames and pretty not Stuttering

    dshowhelperv2:
    SD LiveTV PAL @50hz: dropped frames and often stuttering
    HD LiveTV 1080i PAL @ 50hz:eek:ften dropped frames and often Stuttering
    MKV 720p @ 24HZ: few dropped frames and pretty not Stuttering

    dshowhelperv3:
    SD LiveTV PAL @50hz: Almost perfect - very few dropped and no stutter
    HD LiveTV 1080i PAL @ 50hz:Almost perfect - very few dropped and no stutter
    MKV 720p @ 24HZ: Almost perfect - few dropped and no stutter
    In that case the lines of the graph are almost flat

    dshowhelperv4:
    SD LiveTV PAL @50hz: few dropped and some stutter
    HD LiveTV 1080i PAL @ 50hz: few dropped and some stutter
    MKV 720p @ 24HZ: Almost perfect - few dropped and no stutter

    My results are 3>4>2>1

    please notice that i can't play correctly a .m2ts file from HDV benchmark BluRay (1080i NTSC @60Hz)

    1,2,4 always stuttering max 20/25 fps
    3 less stuttering but always not at the top of fps, around 30/35

    bye

    For my system the best is no.3, becuase channel change is a little bit faster... I got 50fps with almost all decoders, but only microsoft and divx h264 (that doesn't deinterlace so good) works reliably for me on hdtv (pdvd causes a lot of image freeze - also if there are no frmes drop - , arcsoft freeze after some seconds of playback, mpc causes strange repating frames each two seconds...)
