I am using an Nvidia GPU and not ATI Radeon. I did download a small utility that allowed me to see what the GPU was doing, and I could see that the GPU wasn't doing any processing at all. I eventually started to use PDVD11 (unlocked) codecs from SAF6.0 and these started using the GPU and not CPU. You may have the same problem on live TV.It will help if you can see what the GPU is doing when playing live TV. I used Nvidia Inspector and it helped me to see what was going on.These utilities will monitor your GPU and should help see what is happening.
