thats strange because when I test it with dxdiag it says for dx version until 9 no problem

Glad to hear that MediaPortal now works on your system. I'm the author of the SimpleMP skin and get a lot of questions about compatibility with older graphics card, for that reason I'm curious. I have tested the skin on a radeon 9500 DX9 card with 64Mb memory and it runs smooth on that system (PIII 650Mhz, 384 SD-RAM). How does the skin "flow" on your system? Does it just work, or does it work good and smooth?

works ok form me.

Fast. No issues.

I only have issues with my TV card now. When opening my tv the audio/video is out of sync.
But that is not related to the skin I think
