[Approved] Incorrect frequencies for UK DVB-T Midhurst transmitter (1 Viewer)

Two of the frequencies in the UK.Midhurst.xml file are incorrect, so when you perform a scan there are a large number of missing channels. It can be rectified by changing the advance options, but to prevent this happening in the future, the main xml file needs updating in the package.

I've attached the xml file with the updates.
