Thanks for the help, a reinstall of TV Series did the trick.

Like I said, something dumb on my part, though I'm not sure how. Newly upgraded to RC2 and fresh download of TV Series and Moving Pictures. Oh well, all good now....

Just to repeat a problem and fix which is listed in the Monochrome thread....

I did an update to Mediaportal 1.1 RC2 and then as a matter of course updated to the latest Indigo skin. Only problem is that Mediaportal would start to load and then seemed to minimise showing the desktop again and couldn't be accessed even though it still seemed to be running. Changing to Blue3 worked fine so seems like an issue with at least Monochrome and Indigo.

I removed Indigo and any old reference and tried a reinstall to no avail but then found the unlikely fix in the Monochrome thread.

    Restart the machine.

After that all was fine and enjoying the skin again.

Don't know if this is a MediaPortal or a skin issue. Would tend towards Mediaportal but that's still just a guess.

It would be helpful if somebody could reproduce this and provide some logs so I can see if it's skin related. As I've said before I've never had this problem

Thanks allanp81, but... I may have bitten off more than I can chew here, loads of DirectX errors I have no idea about
Perhaps a dev could shed some light for me

Hmm strange. That's running on Windows 7 Enterprise 64bit (I play with MP at work when I have time :)) It's pretty much just MP RC2 installed with Indigo, no plugins etc.

Could you try again with these plugins disabled? I'm only speculating here... Devs... :D

    I'm no MPE guru :p, I'll have a look when I get a chance ;)
