Hi Psycho Reptile,

Am I able to customize the basic screen to have two raws of 3 icons each (6 big icons in total)? I sit far from the TV and would like to use up all the space in the basic screen (another pensioner )

Last week I watched Indigo on a XP machine and the font shown was kinda 'bold' when compared to my VISTA machine. I actually liked it, because could see it alot better on my TV. How can I get this on my VISTA machine?

Snader: Perhaps it's the dpi setting? You adjust it under Control Panel ->Personalize ->Adjust font size (to the left).

Perhaps you'll need to reboot afterwards.

^ Don't do that! You'll end up with a black screen (on XP anyway. Not sure regarding EVR). Been there - done that

I also have the bold-text (not to happy about it), I think it might relate to running a 768 skin @ 720 resolution on a 1080p screen

No, not the DPI setting... was the same on XP and on VISTA. Also the resolution is the same... 1920x1080

That's weird. I've changed my DPI setting with great success. Although I've lowered the size instead, because I have a friggin' big TV.

For those who are interested in the RSS ticker plugin (RSS Ticker - MediaPortal Forum) i've updated the Home & BasicHome screens to display the weather & RSS ticker.

The ticker is hidden if you've a player displayed (e.g. video playing in the small window bottom left).

Small Banners in TVSeries

Hello,

I have really small banners display in TVSeries. (see att. pic.

Is there something in the skin that that I can set to make them the size as displayed in the default info?
