[Question] Info about multiseat setup (1 Viewer)

HI Guys,
i just have one question. I have a setup that features one dedicated TV Server and two MP Clients running Moving Pictures etc.

Now i just want to use MPExtended to schedule my recordings when i am not at home. I am not interested in streaming etc.
Now when i read the installation guide i see that i must install the MPExtended service on all of my machines.

Is that really neccessary in my case or is there even a simpler solution for my needs?

If you only need access to the recordings then you should install MPExtended on the TV server.
