It'll play all HD video, it'll handle your HDPVR, it'll play the games you have now and some you don't, and if you want to upgrade it later you can do that too.</p><p></p><p>If the cost still bugs you look at it this way: Right now, that Pentium 4 and 1950 AGP card are probably drawing over twice the power load that the 5050e (45w) and 780g motherboard do.
