Install / 2.0 Upgrade (1 Viewer)

Anyone know where I can find step-by-step instructions on how to install MyTVSeries and upgrade it to 2.0? I had an earlier version that stopped working when thetvdb disallowed it, and after copying the version 2.0 files to my Mediaportal folder nothing changed.

I tried uninstalling and then just copying the 2.0 files over, but that didn't work either (got a blank screen when I tried to open the plugin). I messed around with it and ended up screwing it up fairly badly, so I'm probably just going to start from scratch. So what's the best way to do a clean install of 2.0? Do I install the older version via MPI and then copy the files (and if so what could I have done wrong last time)? Or is there a way to directly install 2.0?

I used the MPI installer, then got the latest .dll from the old SVN server Old SVN Server
The development has moved to the Google service so no more SVNs

You can also access the latest SVN *.dll files from the download page.
