Message

I reformated my computer to do a fresh install. when i run the install tool when it gets to MS SQL Express it starts to install the blue screen of death flashes for a fraction of a second then it restarts. then ever time i turn on the pc as windows loads it restarts unless i go in in safe mode and delete the MS Sql files. i've tried installing SQl maually which works fine but media portal still says it is not installed when i run the install tool. Please help.
