install from 0.2.1 > 0.2.2? (1 Viewer)

Another noob question from my hand :

How do i install the new 0.2.2.0? I am currently running 0.2.1.0.

Should i just run the setup.exe and then it will install the new version on top of the old? And will i then keep all my settings?

Uninstall MP from control panel and run setup afterwards. My settings were kept.
