To install PS++ you need the MPEI on your server. Two ways to do it:
Why don't you install the MP client? It does not do any harm on your server as long as it is not started...
Or copy the MPEI executable and all needed DLLs from a MP client installation (Program Files\Team Mediaportal\MediaPortal) to a directory on your server and run the MPEI exe from there. Either try out which DLLs you really need or copy them all.
