Hi,
for testing I went and installed 1.2.1 (a clean install)

now for further testing I went and installed 1.1.5 (1.2.0 alpha).. needed it to remove the "newer version" to go back to the older version.

the install list displayed that it will leave everything (checked marked) and only remove the MP/Server and install.
near the end of the install.. it complain that the OS wasn't supported and it requires hotfixes.

the message still unsupported OS and requires Hotfixes everytime to open the config or tv server config page.

I'm just wondering if the Win7 64 bit Servicepack 1 is the reason for this as I think this came out after the alpha release
or simply that older version is not design to remove newer versions?

    Hi xvffx

Generally speaking you can't downgrade without a full uninstall. In particular it is important to drop the TV Server database, because the structure may have changed since the older version was released.

Regarding the message that you see when opening TV Server configuration: yes, it is likely to be related to the service pack.

Neither of these things would be a bug.
