Installer Crash in Vista with 800706d9 (1 Viewer)

Hi I have had a search and not found this anywhere, if I missed it please point me in the right direction

when I try to install in vista, no matter what options I choose I the installer crashes with the following error

I have exactly the same problem.

I know already what caused this. I disabled windows firewall service, so just enable it -> install -> disable it again
