MEdia portal itself works fine, but since it doesn't support my TV card without TV Server I've been tryign to install it.
I got all the pre-reqs, downloaded the 64 bit installer for SQL express (you should probably add a link to this as 32 it version won't install on 64 bit). but when trying to install Media PORtal TV server it stops with an unexpected error, Error code 2869, when I press ok on that I get another blank infobox before I reverses the install.
I'm hoping to get this workign since the terratec software is pretty horrible, and it doesn't seemto have native MEdiaCenter support either
well never mind then, figured I'd try searchign for the actual error code too after posting and not just everythign else
