    Hello folks,

    I'm running quite stable RC1 installation at the moment, but I have a one question related to log entry which I got when running debug level.

    What doest the following line mean?

    VMR9: No H/W de-interlaced modes supported, using fallback preference

    Here's a discussion with tontsa I had in IRC

    14:29 < seco-> does anyone have idea what log line "VMR9: No H/W de-interlaced modes supported, using fallback preference" could mean?
    14:30 <@tontsa> seco-, your card sucks or drivers are out of whack
    14:31 <@tontsa> even the most basic directx9 card should be able to do BOB
    14:32 < seco-> tontsa: I'm using Intel X3500 with Purevideo, DXVA and all works fine
    14:33 < seco-> but some reason I get that in the log..
    14:33 <@tontsa> seco-, ahh.. the new intel mobo right?
    14:33 < seco-> tontsa: well if you mean G45, no, I have G35
    14:34 <@tontsa> seco-, it's possible that MP just doesn't have the intel's GUID-numbers for it's deinterlacers

    Anyone have idea what's going on?
