SInce my clean installation of WIndows 8.1 Pro, I haven‘t installed any drivers.  The OS appears to provide OOTB support for the FSC IR I/F, which is what I am trying to use now.  I‘ll try setting up the on-board CIR I/F once I have MP 1.26 (or at this point maybe MP 1.27) working properly.
