I have installed the latest version of IRSS with the latest version of the MP 1.1.0 SVN. The problem I have been having is that when I enable TV3 Blaster Plugin for IR Server in TV Server Configuration and then click on the plug-in I get to see the blue/green circle (the erstwhile hourglass) and then nothing happens. The circle disappears and then that is it. I would expect to see the configuration of the plug in in TV server configuration but does that not show up.

What could be the problem?

I need TV-server's logs please.

I know, i know, you need to use TweakMC , ( google it), if you are on Vista, or Win7,and set 0 in remote options, to use all remote.

Problems with IRSS and WinLIRC

Hi Guys,

I'm still battling this install with a serial IR blaster. I've now go to the point where my IR blaster is working with WinLIRC - but when I try and use IRSS (Test Build 1.4.2.3099) it doesn't work.

i'm constantly loosing keyboard mode on my imon when the system is rebooted or hibernated. I can switch back to it with my remote, but as soon as the system is down it switches back to mouse mode. In config keymode mode is of course selected. Is there a way to trigger keyboard mode using a batch file (i could start it with mp...)

Hi Guys,

Hi Chemelli - thanks so much for looking at this - I've attached all logs here - please let me know if there's anything else I can post to help

BTW I can't get IRSS blasting in the debug client to IR tool so I'm not trying the MP plugin yet (hence not logs form MP) I hope that makes sense.
