I think it will be difficult for someone to help with those log files. Your MP logs and IRSS logs do not match up. MP tvservererror is for 20090115. Inputserver is for 20090117.

Can you delete ALL log file in MP, TVServer and IRSS.

Try to reproduce your problems and then attach all logs agin.
