Hi all,
I have a MCE remote with an ehome receiver connected to the PC by USB. All works fine except that the remote should point quite adequately to the receiver. I lived with that for some years but now I decided to get a better receiverJ.
So I bought an irtrans wifi (the receiver is much better and I’ m happy) and after software setup everything works fine except for one thing.
When the PC wakes up (unattended) from standby to make a recording the screen is blank. That’s normal and if a user uses the remote the screen turns on. If I have had a mouse or keyboard connected and the user touches any of them the screen turns on.
BUT with the new irtrans the screen does not turn on when using the remote. I could touch the keyboard and it turns on.
Ok, I when thought that if I simulated a key press inside the irtrans mapping setup maybe it would help. So I put this 104 dec value in as you can see in the jpg
. 104 is the value for h. That key press means switching between the two home screens.
But nothing happens. I simply can’t get the key press executed. What’s wrong??
