Is there a way to install MediaPortal and it's Databases onto a Blu-Ray/DVD disk so it can run completely stand alone as a self contained application?

The reason I ask is that I would like to build blu-ray based storage disks for my TV shows with multiple seasons that I can navigate through and already have all the TV episode data and fan art from TVDB etc stored on the disk with awesome menus that I can navigate through with my game pad.

So in essence I'm building mini stripped down MP on a Disk.

An example would be wanting to archive the TV Show 'The Wire'. I have all 5 Seasons in X-Vid and H264 formats. I'd like to be able to off-load all of these episodes to 1 Blu Ray disk that has a stand alone version of MP and the My TV Series plugin so when I put it in my HTPC I can have MP on the Blu Ray auto launch at the My TV Series screen for The Wire showing all seasons.

I don't know for sure 100%, but I would say no, this isn't possible.

It would be tricky enough getting Windows to boot and run from a BluRay disk, but getting a complex system like MP with databases and artwork caches running would be, I suspect, impossible.
