Is IRSS compatible with MCE? (1 Viewer)

How can I configure IRSS for use with MCE?
I have two Colossus cards, HD DirecTV STBs, I have configured two HD-PVRs, yet no IR Blaster solution...
I can trouble shoot IRSS and test the Blasters, and they do change the channels on the STB, yet MCE does not...
Any Help would be appreciated...
