Is there any way to align a textboxscrollup object? I couldn't find such an option...

What I mean is this:
I'm trying to edit the screen for the EPG Guide. There's a box called Description1 that containes the description of the show currently selected. This box is not a regular text box, it's of type textboxscrollup, and in the font editor there is no option to align that to the right - the default is left alignment and I cannot find a way to change it.

Ok, I see what you mean. Reason for that is the fact that textboxscrollup is not yet supported.... (see Hierarchy -> its displayed as GUIDummyControl).
So all the controls that are in green color and shown as GUIDummyControl are not supported yet. Will do these very soon....

A suggestion - buttons that automatically align an element to the left, right, or center of a screen (horizontally and vertically). Would make positioning stuff really easy.

:sorry: I have bad news for you guys.... :sorry:

Since a while I'm waiting for an update of the wiki or at least for a description of the missing GUIControls. I know its work to do that but believe me, what I did so far also was a lot of work!!! So I don't plan on releasing any new Version or even working on the Skin Editor until I see some progress here. Might sound harsh but developing that tool is enough work so I don't want to reverse-engineer all the missing controls. I expect some help there.

Hope we find some volunteers... So far only 1 or 2 guys did something there. :D for that!

Until then I will take a break and hopefully I don't loose the motivation to continue!

I can understand your position completely.

This is a call to all skinners, please update the WIKI to reflect the current skinning engine capabilities (as you are the experts on that area). You have been "moaning" for the skin editor for years and now you have a really good change to get such a nice tool for your use. All it takes is just a little effort to fill the WIKI with the knowledge you have.

Thanks for understanding.... I'm really surprised that obviously nobody else cares

I understand your decision as well. Real shame if this project ends here, considering the amount of work done already - and how frequent this kind of tool has been requested - for ages.

:D for all you've done so far. Hopefully this is not the end of the road ...
