Is there a TV/PVR-Only skin? (1 Viewer)

I'd like to use MP strictly for viewing Live Tv and scheduling recordings. I have to make the setup wife-friendly so ideally I'd like to be able to launch as quickly as possible directly into live TV without the ability to leave the TV playback or TV guide menus. Essentially making MP a dedicated PVR frontend and nothing more.
