Is it possible to play 5.1 flac and wav files with the native music player?

I used pure audio a long time for this but it makes more and more problems.
Also it seems like 5.1 is the only reason I need pure audio for.
(The native player seems to play 24Bit 192Khz flacs very nice via WASAPI.)

Do you use a HDMI connetion HTPC -> AVR?
Please try to decrease the buffer size. For me buffering is set to 0,22 seconds and it is working great since some years.

    Yeah, thanks!
0,22 seconds solve the problem for multichannel flac and dsf!

Unfortunetley, for dts encoded wav files I still just get white noises.

I could convert them...but a playback would be better ;)

    Here some logs:
Alice Cooper was Flac (works) and Static-X was dts (white noises).

    Tanks!

It seems, that with the dts file WASAPI isn't initialized and dts isn't decoded . Could you please rename the .wav file to .dts and try again?
