Is there a way to make Titan more touchfriendly? (1 Viewer)

I picked up a Surface 2 Pro recently, and I've been trying to use it with Mediaportal, but I'm running into problems with I'm trying to scroll. Would it be possible to add some arrows to scroll up and down, something like this:

Perhaps it could be possible to enable/disable them in the settings?
