Hello..!

I'm totally new to MP..installed yesterday and so far it works good..except for DiSEcQ-switching...

I have a Technotrend DVB-S2 card, and although it can switch through all my four satellites while scanning, tuning only works on LNB1..on the others I get "no signal"..

I've searched and found many with this problem, and often the BDA-drivers are blamed. But when the same drivers work with ALL other software I've tried..DvbViewer, MyTheatre, ProgDVB, AltDVB etc, then surely the fault is within MP..

But, I like MP so much that I'm willing to buy another DVB-card to add to my collection..I already have five..:) ..but then I would like to have CONFIRMED that it works with DiSEcQ-switching, and I mean when wieving tv..not just scanning..

So, who has a working setup using two or more LNB's..?

Thanks,
CH

I need to test this out... because I was for sure this worked in older svn builds. I am testing out he scanning in the very lastest build and then will go back and test this. The thing is for me, I can't seem to get it to work in my theatre... so I could have a bad switch. I broke down an ordered a Spaun SAR411F... and from what they tell me... are the best switches around. I will let you know what I come up with after my tests.

    Thanks for your reply.
Yes, Spaun are the most reliable switches available.
Btw, I make my living as a installer of satellitedishes/antennas and all related.

I'm on my way right now to borrow a Skystar2 USB to see if this works with DiSEcQ.

    Look forward to your testing..!
