Is there anyway to print out list of movies in database? (1 Viewer)

I'm trying to print out a list of all the movies in my database so I can compare it with the DVDs in my cabinets in order to rip the ones I missed. Is there any option to print out a list of movies?

If not is there anyway to view the movingpictures.db3 file outside of moving pictures?
